Huge, very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful and also very relaxed with regard to our dogs. Even against our morning and evening round along the golf course nobody had anything to object to. Very recommendable!
Nothing. Nothing.

From the moment we checked in the experience was great. Our room was superb and so was the dinner at the lounge bar. We arrived late but nothing was a problem. Staff were excellent. Location is great. The history of St Eugene's is undoubltley tarnished but the new beginning is something to be proud of. We will visit again

We were quite disappointed as there were some problems in the room, the shower had very poor pressure, the desk chair in the room was broken, and the balcony was quite dirty. Also, it was quite a large room and could have easily had a table and chairs for comfort. We had a late arrival and were very surprised that we couldn't have a cocktail after 11 pm. We were also shocked that the Casino closed early.

Lovely, lovely, lovely
I had the best time at this resort with its fine mountain views and an very nice golf course. The staff was excellent, guiding us to our favorite meals at the casino restaurant where we even scored some credits to enjoy dinner! The overall vibe of the place was so inspiring, celebrating a beautifully repurposed space for relaxation and fun.
totally recommend ❤️✨

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the beautiful location of the resort. The casino was nice, and I even won enough to cover most of my dinner there, which was a fun added bonus. I was disappointed that the main dining room was closed during my visit, limiting dining options. I definitely appreciated the attentive staff who went out of their way to.

We drove by St. Eugene's a few weeks earlier and thought how beautiful it looked. Then due in part by the postal problems, we had to come back to the area to pick up some work shirts. We choose to stay at St Eugene's and we loved it. Breakfast was great and the staff awesome. Thank you.

The double room was brand-new with a safe, central heating and an iron. The hotel was in a convenient location, in the cranbrook area. Further, it was very close to a serene valley surrounded by mountains, a golf course and Canada.
